Price, Payment Terms and Specifications:
Gulfstream G450 SN 4080 is for sale at $41,900,000 U.S. with the following payment terms:
1. A refundable initial deposit placed with a recognized escrow agent in the United States of $500,000 and the execution of a Letter of Intent to Purchase will hold the aircraft until the Sales Agreement negotiations are completed.
2. A final deposit of $1,500,000 shall be paid at the time of execution of the Sales Agreement. This second deposit, along with the initial deposit, becomes non-refundable at the execution of the Sales Agreement.
3. The balance of the purchase price shall be paid at the delivery time.
4. Aircraft is available for delivery immediately, subject to completion of the maintenance review.
