All drawings and completion manuals are present and complete.
Weight and balance list requires updating.
AFM posted through change 75 and temporary change 28
Aircraft last weighed 8/97. Would require weighing for charter.
Good interior documentation, to include burn certs.
Aircraft is an 11 place interior with jump seat. Divan is four
place, and belted for four, however armrests are set for three.
All belts have TSO tags.
Additional equipment with aircraft includes: Spare carpet, carpet
maintenance runners, seat maintenance covers, spare coffee maker,
main and nose wheel covers, and aircraft plugs and covers, water
servicing adapter, spare material for interior (Sidewalls,
headliner, seats).
There are very few spare parts with the aircraft: Two each main
wheel and tire assemblies with bearings and two each nose wheel and
tire assemblies without bearings, two spare ALC light batteries.
There is a list of ground support equipment that may be available
when the aircraft is sold. The current owner is purchasing a G-450
and this equipment is Challenger specific. This can provided as a
separate document if necessary. I would recommend making an offer on
this equipment, especially considering we will be supporting two
aircraft.
"Specifications subject to verification upon inspection.
