| WE USED SIGNATURE FLIGHT SUPPORT FOR THIS TRIP. THERE WERE NO UNUSUAL SITUATIONS. BE AWARE OF NOISE ABATEMENT PROCEDURES ON DEPARTURE. |
| WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SIGNATURE FLIGHT SUPPORT ON ANY FAR EAST TRIP. WE HAD PLANNED ON RJAA-KBFI NON-STOP BUT HAD TO DIVERT TO PANC ENROUTE FOR FUEL. WE CALLED SIGNATURE ONE HOUR AND 30 MINUTES OUT, AND THEY HAD CUSTOMS AND AGRICULTURE WAITING ON OUR ARRIVAL AT 0600 LOCAL. THEY TURNED US IN ONLY 23 MINUTES, CLEARING CUSTOMS, AGRICULTURE, FUELING, LAVATORY SERVICE AND CATERING. |
| WE HAD TO STOP FOR A FUEL AND CREW CHANGE. ERA AVIATION HANDLED US. EVERYTHING REQUESTED WAS READY UPON ARRIVAL AN THE CHANGOUT PLUS FUEL WENT VERY QUICKLY. WE WERE SATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE. |
| THIS WAS A STOP FOR FUEL AND CUSTOMS. ERA HAD EVERYTHING READY WHEN THE AIRCRAFT ARRIVED ON THE CUSTOMS RAMP AT THE BASE OF THE TOWER. WE WERE "RANDOMLY SELECTED" TO HAVE THE PASSENGERS' LUGGAGE TAKEN INSDIE FOR INSPECTION. THAT WAS THE ONLY THING THAT HELD US UP. THE PASSENGERS DID NOT HAVE TO GO IN, WHICH WAS OKAY SINCE IT WAS 5 DEGREES BELOW OUTSIDE. |
| THIS WAS A TECHNICAL STOP RETURNING FROM THE FAR EAST. WE CLEARED CUSTOMS AT THE BASE OF THE TOWER WHERE ERA HAD EVERYTHING READY AND WAITING. WE HAD A VERY EFFICIENT QUICK TURN AND CREW CHANGE AND WERE IN AND OUT IN 30 MINUTES. |
| THIS WAS A TECH STOP FOR FUEL, CHANGING CREW AND OTHER SERVICES ENROUTE TO THE FAR EAST. WE WERE HANDLED BY ERA AVIATION. EVERYTHING WENT VERY EFFICIENTLY; ERA TOOK GOOD CARE OF BOTH CREWS. WE STAYED AT THE REGAL, NOW NAMED THE MILLENNIUM. |
